Absolute catfish of a hotel (more like a bedsit). Disgusting room tired damaged furniture l, rips in curtains, multiple stains on carpet, very old tired scatter cushion with blood stain on, head board with to headsized stains(obviously from years of greesy heads resting on it).
Asked for refund or at least a room change, manager informed us we could not get a refund as its a 24hr cancellation policy... How do you work with that logic! We paid £210 for a spa package deal with dinner and got a £50 reduction on our room as we were told the hotel was fully booked.
I was beyond disappointed as this was it was my birthday...after discussing with the manager explaining all our concerns about the standard of the hotel, I was wished happy birthday with a giggle and a smile.
We have stayed in many a budget hotel and this hotel is beyond any standard that anyone would except.
We have completely lost trust in last minute whom we have booked through many times and feel extremely disappointed

Enjoyable spa day, friendly staff, good food and value for money
The spa area is definitely in need of up dating. As we relaxed on the loungers at the poolside we looked up to a glass roof which needed cleaning, mould spreading over parts of the walls and plaster falling off. The sauna wasn’t working and all areas were a little bit too cold for comfort. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the massage was excellent and hot chocolate lovely. It was good value for money but i wouldn’t return as facilities not up to a good enough standard.
