Venue is old and tired. Pool is more like a lido, and not kept at a comfortable temperature. Changing rooms were clean. Staff were not impressive - far more interested in having a chat than helping or serving, despite it being incredibly quiet. They had no sense of urgency in their service. Food is sub-par, but at this point were not expecting anything amazing. Massage was average, but short. All in all, far better place for similar money in the area!
Massage was great, facial and head massage consisted more of hair twiddling than anything else.
Lunch was lovvely, staff were very helpful and pool, sauna and jacuzzi were good.
My daughter and I shared a four poster room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. We thought the accommodation was very good. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent with the waiters attentive. The food was delicious and was the best part of our stay. The following morning there was plenty choice for breakfast after which we went to the spa for our treatments, a back massage and facial. The whole experience was very good value for money in the all-inclusive package.
I would not recommend this place at all! it's more like an old and tired leisure centre than a spa. we found the changing rooms and toilets dirty. Full of children swimming and playing . the sauna was broken. the Jacuzzi was like a warm bath. the relaxation room was an old sofa in a dark room with 1 candle. our nails were messed up and had to be re done and then they were rushed because the young girl wanted to go home.
