Overall, a bright, clean and friendly hotel. Our allotted room was extremely old fashioned and dull with dark wood furniture and an extension lead from the only plug socket. We were moved swiftly to a far more modern room after seeing the manager, who told us the hotel is planned for some room modernisation. Food was good, atmosphere quiet but as expected wine was expensive! We didn't try the leisure facilities during our visit but still had a relaxing day/evening and good restful sleep.
Having visited previously I made another trip to the hotel to celebrate my sister's birthday, staying for two nights this time. Again we received a very warm welcome and found the staff to be, without exception, friendly and helpful, offering a service that is second to none. This extended from reception to bar to spa to housekeeping. The hotel is in a wonderful, peaceful location, but a bus from outside the front door can get you into the centre of Leeds in 20 minutes. We thorougly enjoyed our visit and it certainly will not be the last. The food was beatifully presented and of very good quality, most enjoyable.
This was my treat for a friend's birthday. We both enjoyed the spa facilities, including a massage. The hotel is in a lovely location and our room had a small balcony, and overlooked a park. The meal included in the deal was very tasty and nicely presented. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would like to visit again.
I visited the salon for the first time for a cut and highlights, I can say it was a excellent experience and would most certainly recommend to other people. (tho travelling by car essential due to venue) the Director of hair Steve was very welcoming and took time to discuss my past hair history.
I was very pleased with the outcome and would go again. I found Steve a very experienced hair stylist with flair and creativity.
I was late for my appointment and the staff were ore than understanding and went out of their way to accommodate me. Friendly staff, professional job, faultless service. This voucher is great value for money a salon which is willing to go the extra mile for there customers.
