Sofia took great care to understand my problem. She exemined me with great attention to my reactions and feelings. She presented amazing knowledge on how musle works and how connected to tussue. She explained to me her diagnosis and recommended treatment. She advised me on lifestylw change as well, how I can improve my overall wellbeing. I highly recommend her services. In the heart of Blackheath, Sofia’ treatment room in a very clean, calm, and simple space that immediately puts you at ease. She took the time to truly understand my problems, and after just one treatment, I already feel relief — the back pain I’ve had for the past four years has noticeably reduced. Sofia is extremely caring and such a pleasant person to be around. I’ve known her for many years as my yoga and Pilates instructor, and her skill and compassion always shine through.
