I have been a loyal client of this salon for a few years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing.
The washing sinks had a very foul smell coming from the drains, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. On top of that, the store manager (the one with blue hair) behaved in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. She openly spoke badly about customers in front of other clients and staff, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
When I arrived with my sister, she made a comment to the hairdresser saying, “Ask her what she wants, they change all the time,” while I was sitting right there next to the desk. As a paying customer, that was incredibly rude and unnecessary. She also kept interrupting my conversation with the hairdresser while I was paying, trying to shut the conversation down.
Because of her behaviour, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t properly communicate what I wanted, and I ended up leaving unhappy with my hair. I now have to go to another salon and spend more money just to fix and brighten it.
To make matters worse, she claimed she had added a loyalty customer discount to my bill, which she clearly did not. Being told this directly while paying felt dishonest.
I had even arranged childcare so I could enjoy a relaxing hair appointment, but instead I left feeling upset and disappointed. After being a loyal client for years, it is a real shame to see such poor management and lack of respect towards customers. I will not be returning.
Another lovely colour refresh with Nilson. As a blond girlie having a great colourist is key!! Had a full head of highlights and he always gets the tone spot on 👌🏻 A relaxing time in the salon with lovely staff and I’m always over the moon with the results. Highly recommend 10/10 …

I strongly agree with the saying that a hairdresser is the next best thing to a therapist, and my recent appointment with Tony proved exactly why.
With my previous hairdresser, my naturally virgin black hair was tinted slightly red, but it never quite turned out the way I wanted. This time I decided to go a bit redder, and Tony was exceptional. I can honestly say I’ve never had a hairdresser who delivered exactly what I asked for and more.
Tony achieved the perfect colour I had in mind. Even though my hair needed to be bleached to reach this shade, it still felt incredibly healthy afterwards. He also took the time to trim away all the split ends, leaving my hair looking fresh and revived.
To top it all off, he finished with the exact blow dry I wanted, which is usually difficult with my naturally curly hair, but Tony absolutely nailed it.
I left the salon feeling so happy with the result. If you’re looking for a hairdresser who really listens and delivers amazing results, Tony is the one!
I walked into Headmasters and was serviced by Jonida, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She dyed my hair beautifully, then washed, cut, and blow-dried it to perfection. Jonida was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. The whole experience felt relaxed and high-quality, and I walked out feeling amazing. Highly recommend Jonida —she’s incredibly talented and clearly passionate about what she does.
