I walked into Headmasters and was serviced by Jonida, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She dyed my hair beautifully, then washed, cut, and blow-dried it to perfection. Jonida was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. The whole experience felt relaxed and high-quality, and I walked out feeling amazing. Highly recommend Jonida —she’s incredibly talented and clearly passionate about what she does.
I’ve had my hair done twice here before and loved it but unfortunately won’t come back again. I had amy who I showed photos and gave clear instructions to cut off a good amount, layers and fringe but it felt like the most difficult haircut and I didn’t feel confident when she was doing it. She kept on stopping to show me when half my hair was over my face/wet and I couldn’t see/had no idea what she was doing. The layers she’s put in are quite strange & uneven and she’s left a short amount of extremely long hair at the length it was. At the end I did spend a while umm’ing and ahhing on how the layers had been done but kept on getting told thats the way it was and felt like I had to say I was ok with it. She got someone else to do the fringe which I’m thankful for and looks nice. A shame as this had been a great salon up to now and she did seem nice but I just wouldn’t be confident returning, I’ll head to another salon tomorrow to get it fixed
EDIT: the other salon said she also thinned my hair a lot (which I didn’t ask her to do at all), very disappointed!
Emy did an amazing job on my hair today. I had previously made a bit of a mess trying to colour and cut it at home and she completely fixed it. She got the colour exactly how I wanted it and cut it perfectly. On top of that, she's so friendly and accommodating, which made the whole experience really comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the result and would 100% recommend her.
Rafaela was my hairdresser and she had a consultation with me first to understand what it was I wanted, she took the time to discuss everything with me and explain the best form of treatment for my hair. I came with box dyed hair that was dry and brittle, she did a great job in correcting the dye, cut layers, treatment and style my hair beautifully at the end with a gloss finish. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and plan to come back here for root touch ups for the colour, cuts and everything in between. The staff were very accommodating and offered tea and biscuits during the service and had very relaxing massage chairs. Thank you for the great experience.
