Dejan cut my hair beautifully. I didn’t have any idea of what I wanted but he advised me every step of the way and the results were gorgeous. Super happy!
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Got home and front lengths were quite drastically different on two sides and they hadn’t done any checks on this at the time. When I had asked if they were the same I was told yes and the difference was just from the blow dry bounce. Very disappointing. Will need to book to go elsewhere to have this corrected.
Aside from that ambience, hospitality etc were good but I go for the quality of haircut

When I arrived for my appointment they didn’t have it on their booking system. The reception said it probably didn’t get booked by central reservations. They didn’t have any appointments to offer for another 3 hours & I had dinner plans. After 5 min of reception on the phone to find out what happened I asked if they could find me a spot at another venue nearby. They called Wandsworth and I went straight there. The cut I eventually had was ok but there was no apology or follow up from a manager.
