I made a booking through Treatwell months in advance. Got to Headmasters excited for my haircut and they had no idea about my booking. Asked me if I could come back the next day but I couldn’t as it was my birthday. They managed to fit me in an hour later and gave me a free treatment so it wasn’t the end of the world but it took an hour and a half to wash, cut and dry as the hairdresser was doing someone else’s highlights at the same time. Had a great experience with Headmasters but not Treatwell. Will book directly with Headmasters in future.
I had an amazing experience with Deren. He was incredible and did the work of 3 members of staff (answering phones and attending to customers as his colleague left to go to the shop and another could help as he spoke very little English!) My haircut was interrupted 4 times because he had to deal with other customers.
Had Deren not been so personable and apologetic/had he not cut my hair to perfection, I would have been very upset with the service. I received a text to say he's no longer working there. Great shame.
