Cut was ok- blow dry was supposed to be ‘big and bouncy’- it was really flat at the end and I had to comment that I wasn’t happy. However, my hairdresser did try to rectify the situation by going over it again a few times which helped. Overall ok- won’t be going back in a hurry.

Venue was very easy to find. Was offered refreshment on arrival. My stylist Mandy did a wonderful job. Love my new cut! Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I found my experience really bad/traumatic. Hairdresser was arrogant and unfriendly. It’s not the best feeling sitting in the chair getting your hair cut by person who acts like she hates you. The final result was ok but not exactly a relaxing experience.
