Writing on behalf of my friend who went in for a simple fringe cut and came out feeling upset, not listened to, and embarrassed. Would not recommend if you like your current hair as you'll be taking a risk here for quality. In my friend's case, the staff were not empathetic or apologetic at cutting her fringe much too short!
