The worst hairdressers for colour in London !!, did my hair 4 times as they had to keep correcting it and i still have have ginger streaks that start an inch away from my hairline, white stripes just under my ears, it's really patchy around my hairline and my ends are like murky grey straw. I was sent to manager called Chris who was worse than the stylist and totally ruined my hair then was sent a so called colour expert in their Mayfair salon called Nicola who was quite honestly the worst hairdresser i have ever been to in my life first she burnt me then she put a toner on and totally missed bits out then she scrubbed my head so hard as she was washing it she really hurt my head, literally got up after that and ran out of the salon with soaking wet hair!! If that is a colour expert then they have extremely low standards!!
They got 3 stars because their customer service girl in their head office are very good and they refunded the £124 i paid straight away and were very apologetic about it.

Very nice lady called Fizzby cutting my hair, clearly very experienced and knew what she was doing. Nice massage chair when having my hair washed and she used nice products on my hair. Really nice experience - just a water or tea would have made it even better. Was a quick cut but precise - clean and friendly.
