Overall positive - balayage felt a little more like highlights based on previous experiences but pleased with colour and cut. For some reason my profile had been wiped so no record of previous colourings but happy with final result and staff were great!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! I’m usually really nervous about my hair and haircuts, but Jessica, thank you! I absolutely love the result, it’s exactly what I wanted. She truly listened to what I was looking for, offered great advice, and made the whole experience wonderful. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be coming back!
