I wanted a bob. She didn’t cut my hair straight and had to keep asking me if she should cut into it. I have no idea how to cut hair so I didn’t know how it would sit. Left with triangle hair and a poor blow dry, felt so awkward.

I booked late but the salon reorganised stylists to make sure they could make my appointment which, in my opinion, was above and beyond. Morgan was brilliant. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Highly recommend.
