The lady was lovely but the was wasn't great with hairs left and the place did not look clean which made me really uneasy.

Wonderful, great people and a job well done. Very approachable, only downside is that it's cash only if you pay at the venue so slightly annoying.

It didn't start very well as the venue cancelled the slot I booked online but we could manage to reschedule (though upon arrival, no one even apologise for that). However, the beautician was very nice and the treatments alright.
I had booked a Brazilian & leg waxing but I was a bit disappointed as hairs were still visible after the treatment and then were all back in no time (I must say it is usually not the case). Besides, just be careful with the terminology as brazilian there appparently has a different meaning than in other salons I've been to. She told me that normally I shouldn't have got the back and lips done, but because it was my first time there she was nice enough to offer me the price difference. I then recommend for her friendly attitude at least!
