Ambience and cleanliness were sub par - as soon as I arrived I felt like I was somewhere I didn't really want to be. That wouldn't have bothered me so much if the waxing experience was good, but it was painful and unprofessional. Will not be going back!

This was the first time I got a bikini strip wax, and I left very impressed with the results. I still prefer hot wax for when getting a hollywood though. Other than that, great staff, atmosphere and good value for money
