It was fine. The lady was really friendly and did a decent job. However the room was incredibly small and the bed was strangely hot (maybe an electric blanket but was unnecessary). The wax itself was fine - quick and efficient - although I found I had wax in my hair when I got home.

My therapist was very good: she was quick, very efficient and thorough. The clinic itself could do with a little maintenance to give it that spa level standard but it is clean and conveniently located.
