Viola is a complete treasure and I am only sorry that I didn't need to change location for my treatments earlier! The actual premises are in the course of a refurb, so it's a little uneven in places and it was a little tricky getting to the top floor without touching the railing on the stairs, but I am sure it will look amazing once the work is completed!

It was fine. The lady was really friendly and did a decent job. However the room was incredibly small and the bed was strangely hot (maybe an electric blanket but was unnecessary). The wax itself was fine - quick and efficient - although I found I had wax in my hair when I got home.
