Was taken in promptly & used the full time, used various stretches and techniques
Never focused on the area of neck, shoulders and back as booked and they were actually causing pain to different areas with no benefit. I left not only with feeling no relief at all, but also with more pain on the shoulders and my back. I won't go back and definitely wouldn't recommend it.
