First time attending harmony and balance (or similar) and found the place lovely & relaxing. Vicky made me feel at ease, explaining what was involved in the massage as she used a combination of techniques to fit my needs/wants.

My first Swedish massage experience as I usually like to have a Thai massage to relieve the tension around my back, neck and shoulders. I left with renewed confidence that I didn’t have to experience any discomfort as the Swedish massage was perfect.

I have been unable to attend for any if Vickys recently due to having breast cancer however as I am now clear, i have returned and boy have I missed my monthly treatments…..I opted for a facial this time….it was pure bliss….just what I needed….Vicky really does have healing hands…I can’t wait to get booked in again
