This is the third time I have been to lotus and will be the last. I got may nails infilled on Saturday. By Tuesday, 2 of my nails had broken off and another one is is about to come off. I will not be going back to blue lotus and will advise local people to go to Holly’s Nails. For the price you pay £30, you are better off going somewhere where your nails last more than 3 days.

I booked a gel polish and paid via Treatwell. The gel polish is fine but it’s not the neatest ever. When leaving I was told I had also received a manicure and had to pay a further £8. I was not informed of this extra cost at the time and was a bit taken aback but decided just to pay as I was alone - when I asked if I could pay by card they requested a bank transfer, for which my bank flagged the account details did not match… won’t be back!
