Unable to do the SNS. Started, then realized he didn’t have enough product and had to remove again and restart with something else. I had to settle for a gel, that lasted about 2 days as my nails were damaged from all the filing. Awful experience

I waited for ages when I had already booked an appointment. The staff were not really paying attention and kept going away, leaving me waiting for a long time, the woman doing my nails was busy making a phone call for ages while I was waiting.
