I sometimes feel a little intimidated trying out new salons but Mia made me feel welcome when I arrived by offering tea and coffee. I was then attended by her colleague who was a male but gentle on my treatment. The pedicure was nice and simple but I’ve decided to make it a monthly thing to treat myself! Thank you Happy Nails!

I sadly didn't get to experience the pedicure and manicure that I had booked. As I arrived on the venue I was told that the nail salon was closed until Monday. I had booked my nail appointment 3 weeks prior. An hour later I received a call from the salon admitting to an error with names, admitting that the salon was in fact open and telling me that I could come back. By then it was already too late since I had to keep with my day and I ended up attending an event without the treatment that I very much needed. I love the staff and their work but this was sadly very upsetting
