New salon owners did not show up to my 10:00am pre-paid booking. I waited until 10:30am and called their contact number many times but no one answered. I was a Happy Nails regular for two years. What a shame the previous owners left as it is no longer the same business. All of the reviews from before June 2018 are for the previous owners, not the new Happy Nails.
