I was supposed to do infills but we noticed that my nails were getting very weak, so I decided to take the acrylics off and do shellac instead.
The shellac manicure is great and they took their time removing my acrylics properly.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of shellac manicure. I’ve asked to reapply shellac and the manicurist did her best to “fix” it, however the surface of the end result is wavy and it does not look like it was done by a professional.

Overall I’m happy with the look and shape of my nails. However, I feel I was treated worse for booking through Treatwell (due to the cut they take which I had no idea about n is something I don’t agree with) than my best friend paying in cash. I was given the male therapist who was finished 30 mins before my friend’s. It felt incredibly rushed and careless - the difference in care with my nails and my concerns was stark n tbh I left feeling quite upset given it was my first time and a bday treat

Too rushed. Wonky edges, uneven finish. Wasn’t asked if I was happy with it. Previously I was very happy but had a different person this time and won’t be going back.
