I arrived a 8 minutes late, firstly I found it impossible to find and there is little to no instructions on the salon page explaining which level/ studio number or that you would enter Peckham levels. Wouldn't do my nails as was too late, said she can start but not finish them?? Which is crazy! Didn't want to cancel as didn't want to get charged so I paid for nothing, super unhelpful! There should always be a buffer time of 10 minutes. Would never book again.
