First rate experience as always. Jo is so professional, her cabin is spotless and covid complient. I feel 100% safe and confident visiting for treatment. Jo is knowledgable and reassuring, offering good advice to take away and consolodate the good work done with the treatment. I wholeheartedly recommend Jo if you have an injury or a chronic condition I am confident Jo will understand it and treat it accordingly. Head and shoulders above a lot of sports massage I've had.

Jo was amazing, it was my first time visiting her studio and I didn't regret it. On arrival she provided me with hand sanitizer and she also had warm water ready for me to soak my feet before starting the massage. This was a really nice touch. She was thorough and took her time. The place was amazingly clean. She provided amazing customer service and a lovely tea on departure!
