Living in London's fast-paced and many times stressful lifestyle a massage is a must... It is quite a challenge to find someone who knows the muscles and points what needs to be worked on without any explanation and also using enough pressure to release tension.
I was referred to Jo through a friend and haven't been treated by anyone else since. After the treatment the body feels like new, energised and after all the stretching you feel like a new person.

Jo has this amazing ability to release the body from stress and tension that's been held in for years. After my sessions with Jo I feel lighter, brighter and full of energy. Highly recommended Thai massage.

Thanitaya gave me a series of massage treatments after I sought help for a sore back. She quickly identified a network of tight and knotted muscles and not only helped ease my back but lengthened and loosened my whole body. She has a very calming, kind yet firm way about her which makes you relax and give your body over for treatment, trusting that she will do good. She also explained what she was doing and why when she found particularly sore, knotted areas, and recommended stretches for me
to do at home. My treatments were more towards the medical side than relaxation side but I'm sure she would also give a wonderfully relaxing massage.
