I arrived on a day that was very quiet, which personally suited me fine. Along with the two hairdressers I was the only other person there. For this reason they were both able to lend my hair there full attention which was nice because I was getting it texturized, the chemicals of which should not be left in for to long. I was very pleased with the results.

It did the job, but the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by showing up to my appointment.
