Friendly staff, good location. Timeliness could be improved and greater visibility on pricing. Paid over the odds for a tidy up cut and some bonding and it took twice as long as it needed to.

Shop opened late. Eye lashes were very good but hair up was bit disappointing as it didn't stay in, had to fix it a lot.

I have never given reviews before and its unfortunate that my first experience of the salon was negative. The staff seem nice enough people and its grreat that clothing, accessories etc are on sale too. My hairline was badly burned from being in my hair for only a few minutes, this is not usually a sensitive area. It also felt like the relaxer hadn't been washed out throughly from my hairline and surprise, surprise no it wasn't. Before the day was over my hair was stuck to my head meaning it needed to be washed straight away. They were apologetic, but it didn't seem like enough especially when I was charged for a trim as my hair needed it. My hair looked good once completed but my hairline was very sore and now I'm left with scabs days later. Considering the circumstances the trim could have been a gesture of goodwill. If clients receive a good service and are looked after they will keep returning.
