Jacqui always takes care with the colour treatment and the cut. She always listens to my requests and makes sure that I am happy with the end result. Always an enjoyable experience.

I asked for some layers to thin the ends of my shoulder length hair out a bit, as usual, and they were cut to the top of my ears. I look like a Karen (I would ask to speak to the manager but the owner did this...) and have had to keep my hair tied up ever since. This is going to take months to grow out.
