The salon was well organised, clean, tidy and the staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. They still wear face shields, which is reassuring.
Jacqui listened carefully and trimmed only a small amount, as I requested. I was very pleased with the colour and the style. She took care with the blow drying to produce a sleek, smooth appearance.

As always my visit was very pleasant. Steph has always paid attention to detail and listened to my requirements before carrying them out. I look forward to my visits knowing that my hair will look just as I want it to.

I had my balayage, toner, cut and blow-dry with steph, and I am so pleased with my hair, she gave me advice on what to do to afterwards to get the best out of the colour, I will definitely be going back again for the second lot of highlights at some point to get the brighter highlights. If you want a balayage I would recommend steph. She is very througher, explained everything to me on what she will need to do.
