I had my balayage, toner, cut and blow-dry with steph, and I am so pleased with my hair, she gave me advice on what to do to afterwards to get the best out of the colour, I will definitely be going back again for the second lot of highlights at some point to get the brighter highlights. If you want a balayage I would recommend steph. She is very througher, explained everything to me on what she will need to do.

Jacqui always takes care with the colour treatment and the cut. She always listens to my requests and makes sure that I am happy with the end result. Always an enjoyable experience.
