I had a great haircut with Jacqui. She sorted out a dodgy cut that I'd had done elsewhere and made me feel much better about my hair. It can be difficult to find people who know what to do with curly hair but I felt like I was in a very safe pair of hands with Jacqui!

The salon was well organised, clean, tidy and the staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. They still wear face shields, which is reassuring.
Jacqui listened carefully and trimmed only a small amount, as I requested. I was very pleased with the colour and the style. She took care with the blow drying to produce a sleek, smooth appearance.
