The staff were lovely and friendly but I'm pretty sure they didn't use conditioner, my hair wasreally dry after and very tangly during styling. I asked for it to be curled but the style fell out by the time I'd crossed the road outside and I ended up doing it again myself half an hour later.

Misleading information on the website, they charged us more and cut longer than what we want and said it’s better as the hair is curly. Was hoping that I will be a regular customer their but unfortunately will not go again.
