The stylist was very friendly & welcoming however unfortunately the cut was FAR shorter than we agreed & said which is not ideal! It’s frustrating & upsetting as I really do not like it, better to cut too little and be able to cut more… than to cut way too much off and it be too late. On this basis, I definitely won’t be returning!
