I booked for a full head of highlights with Mary and was very pleased with result. Initially I received an email to say the appointment time had changed but it was only by half an hour so not a big problem. Mary took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and gave her advice, which I followed and am pleased I did. I wanted the highlights to look really natural and they look great. The rest of the team were very friendly too and the atmosphere was relaxed.
