I was seen as soon as I arrived at Hairways and didn't have to wait, despite arriving 5 minutes early. Mary listened to my explanation of what I'd previously has done to my hair at a different salon and suggested how she could improve on the colour I had. She started on my hair almost immediately and it is the quickest I have ever had my hair highlighted - and I have a lot of hair!
I was there on a hot day so just had my hair rough dried but was really pleased with the colour when I got home and it properly dried out.

The staff are absolutely lovely. The salon is beautiful and clean. My hair cut was not the best I have ever had, but it.s not bad. I would recommend them as the overall experience was lovely.

Staff at Hairways are really lovely and I wish I could give them 5 stars. Colour is nice, but a little bit too close to yellow for my taste. However I am disappointed with my haircut. The hair dresser cut off a good 6 inches even though I've said that I wanted to take off as little as possible. Then the haircut is not straight at all, one side being a good inch shorter than the other side. It looks as if the hairdresser has given me layers even though I specifically said that I wanted a straight cut. I would consider going back for highlight but I but hair cut I'll go some where else
