Definitely not a 'salon' experience - no kitchen facilities so not able to even provide you with a glass of water. I arrived on time to my appointment but had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. Staff were nice and the haircut was good enough. Good value as I had £10 off (£27), definitely not worth paying full price for.

Colourist did not understand what I wanted so unhappy with the colour overall. Also, a heated argument broke out between two staff members while I was there.

The staff were lovely and was so happy with my haircut, couldn't recommend this place enough. Great value for money and pure quality of service!

Lekita did my brown to blonde balayage and I absolutely love it! I usually hate having my haircut but I even love the way it was cut, exactly what I'd asked for. Really friendly staff too. Would definitely recommend.
