They were running 25 late which is a substantial chunk of time, and I didn't have this explained to me as I waited, or receive an apology once sat down. The lady was, however very nice and chatty. Just one shampoo, and no head massage which is disappointing as that's my favourite bit. Whilst the hair cut and blow dry was very good, I had a lot more cut off than I had asked for, we agreed on the amount to chop, and several more inches were taken off. My hair is in good condition, and in my opinion it didn't need to come off.

I booked an appointment for 5pm, but later received an email saying it had been changed to 4:45. The next day I received another email saying it had been changed again to 4:30.
I arrived at 4:25 on the day of my appointment, but the hairdresser was running behind so my appointment started at 5 after all. It was frustrating because I had rushed over from work, which was quite an inconvenience.

It was a last minute girls cut and blow dry. Staff were very friendly and it was a good experience for my daughter. The haircut was lovely, but at £37 quite expensive for teenage cut and blow dry . Overall very good experience.
