The hairdresser was running behind schedule and there was no where to sit, so they asked me to come back in 20 mins, which was fine. Overall the appt only took about 20-25mins as hairdresser didn't apply a hair mask (should have been included) and only did a rough dry (no real styling at the end). However, I am actually happy with the haircut and the staff were friendly, its just a shame about the other little things.

I had olaplex Balayage and haircut/trim and blow dry. My hairdresser was a polish girl, unfortunately she didn’t tell me her name. The salon was very understanding when I arrived 30 mins late to my appointment due to a road closure near the bridge. The Balayage came out quite good although they had to put toner over it as it was too bright. The only disappointment is that she didn’t blow dry my hair...it was just a normal dry like I would do at home. They offered me a drink while I was waiting, which is nice!

Full head of highlights, cut and blow dry booked in with the lovely Ola. Service was fantastic and staff were really friendly. Will definitely be back and recommending to others :)
