It was chaotic when i walked in, i booked online and was made to feel an inconvenience for it. The balayage was nothing like i asked for and it was the most painful wash ive ever had. The haircut was fine not the best ive had. I wouldnt book here again

Watch out! The was and cut does not include a blow dry! So I paid over £35 for about a 15 minute service and for them to blast my hair with a hairdryer.... I asked to upgrade to have my hair properly blow dryer and they said no becuase they were overbooked. Quite a good cut though

Very disappointed with my hair colour with Lekita, it wasn’t balayage but simply covering all the existing colours and tones with one block colour matching my roots. If I wanted that, I could simply done it myself at home and saved £75!
She didn’t even apologise or acknowledge that it was nothing like we discussed beforehand. She said I can come back to get few lighter streaks after a week, but I doubt she will get it right and that’s not balayage.
A total waste of time and money.
On the plus side it was blow dried nicely by someone else.
