The staff was really friendly and helpful. Before anything else, the hairdresser asked me what look I wanted to get. She checked the lenght of my hair and showed me how she wanted to proceed with the cut. She asked me if I was happy with the process, and I got the haircut I wanted!
I liked the reassurance I was getting what I wanted and also what looked best for me.
