First visit to Hairways and had booked a wash and cut. Only waited a few minutes and Mary did a great cut on my hair and knew straight away what needed doing to get the shape back. Great price. Would recommend.

The hairdresser was running behind schedule and there was no where to sit, so they asked me to come back in 20 mins, which was fine. Overall the appt only took about 20-25mins as hairdresser didn't apply a hair mask (should have been included) and only did a rough dry (no real styling at the end). However, I am actually happy with the haircut and the staff were friendly, its just a shame about the other little things.
