Really nice hair wash and cut and for good off-peak price. Unfortunately, I didn't get the welcome somebody would expect. I, myself, work in customer services so I know that is an important part. First impression always matters. I walked in, sat down and waited for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me,but the manager (lovely lady) took care of that. There was an intense hair spray smell in the air which if you are not used to, makes you suffocate a bit, ao the shop lacks of a good ventilation system.
As mentioned earlier, the service I booked for was lovely and the manager (her name slipped my mind) was friendly and cheerful. I could tell they were quite busy, as the chair that was for me to sit, was literally dusted last minute, from the previous clients hair, and there was still the previously used equipment om the counter in front of me, covered in hair. That didn't make me feel quite comfortable, to be honest. I would have also appreciated if there was a sign on the door, mentioning the card machine was out of order. I had no cash with me, so I had to go out last minute and withdraw some cash, in order to pay.
Overall, I might be visiting again, since I work closeby. Decent haircut for a decent price.

Likita was great but then I was switched to another hairdresser for my cut and blow dry would have preferred to have kept the same hairdresser. They said this was cause by the booking through treatwell
