Was welcomed in and offered a drink. The staff were helpful as I had my hair done elsewhere that I didn’t like but couldn’t afford to have it corrected at the time, and they fixed it beautifully. I had a lovely polish lady do my colour and cut. The staff then politely asked if it was alright for her to tend to another client who needed their hair correcting and spoke her language which meant someone else blow dried my hair. I didn’t mind at all because it just showed they wanted their customers to enjoy their experience and feel comfortable- plus my hair looked great! 👍🏼
