Went for a wash and cut; the hairdresser who attended to me did a poor job of cutting my curls and then applying appropriate product to them afterwards, I left with a frizz ball rather than damp curls.

I asked for straight hair, but left the place with not so straight hair. They didn’t know how to use the brush strong enough to get it straight. They should do it at least twice to get the effect. Pay a bit more and get a proper blow dry.
