Greeted with a warm welcome and a good consultation. Lady who did my hair was pleasant and chatty enough to be warm but also left me to read my book when I wanted.

I asked for straight hair, but left the place with not so straight hair. They didn’t know how to use the brush strong enough to get it straight. They should do it at least twice to get the effect. Pay a bit more and get a proper blow dry.

Excellent Balayage - i am always worried about ending up with orange or yellow hair when getting highlights or balayage. i definitely didn't have that problem at Hairways - i ended up with a summer, sunshine kissed look that looked both natural and elegant. Will definitely go again!
