Good cut, bit unhappy with my balayage in places - the colour has caught in a few odd sections so I have some random 'blobs' - was also annoying to be charged an additional £15 on top of what I'd already paid, because of the toner. other salons I've been to include that in the price of this kind of treatment since most people need it. The ambience was lack lustre and I was not offered a drink.
