Salon was clean. But when arriving there was no one at reception to greet me and I was stood waiting. Although staff are knowledgable and friendly, My hair dresser then had the idea of what to do with my hair before I could even say what I wanted. Although their idea is what I had in mind, when actioning it, I request no more than an inch off my hair, unfortunately they cut 2+ inches off my hair and i have a very uneven hair cut, which felt rushed and churned out. Left feeling disheartened and upset with my result.
