My appointment was half hour late. The cut has left me with one side longer than the other. A chunk of hair missing from other side. When she used thinning out scissors she pulled some of my hair out which was quite painful. At the end l was checking in the mirror and saw some long pieces of hair that had not been cut at all. I said to the lady who cut it why was there long bits and she was very abrupt and said it was fine. Wish l had known saloon owner was on holiday.

The colour isn’t really what I wanted but looks nice still luckily. Also paid for a haircut and only got a 5 minute trim as it was being rushed because the next customer had come in early. And paid for a blow dry but wasn’t asked how I wanted it. Bit overpriced for what I had done.
