The salon seemed a little crowded and, while I was putting my mask on outside, another customer passed me and went straight in, unmasked, leaving me standing in the rain waiting for her to clear the doorway. The staff did not tell her she should have been wearing a mask before entering, nor did they move her away from the door in a timely fashion. However, Michal did his customary magic with my hair and I will certainly use Hairways Putney again.
